Developed in cooperation with the Faculty of Business and Management of the University of St Gallen (CH), program directors Prof. Günter Müller-Stewens (St Gallen) and Prof. Luigi Gioia (Monastic Institute) intend to establish a platform of thinking and formation on the basis of the interaction between the Rule of Saint Benedict, the social doctrine of the Church and the science of leadership and management.
At the moment, this program is intended for monks, nuns and lay people in positions of leadership or management in monastic communities worldwide. In the future, we will add courses for lay people interested in the interaction between leadership and the Rule of Saint Benedict and a formation program for young monks and nuns.
