Fees and contributions

Students enrolling for the academic year 2018-2019 are required to pay an annual fee, as better indicated in the respective table A, of the Ordo, for each cycle and / or course. The fee is generated automatically upon completion of the enrollment procedures for the academic year. The student will receive from the bank in charge the relevant MAV bulletin (payment by notice) via email. Therefore, it is essential that the student provide a valid email address.

In case of non-receipt within two weeks of the email with the attached MAV, the student should please report it to the Segreteria.

Upon payment, the student will keep a copy of the payment receipt.

Deadlines

  1. The payment of the annual fee can be divided into two half-yearly installments:
    • the first installment to be paid no later than 10 November 2018;
    • the second installment to be paid no later than 28 February 2019.
  2. The payment for the third cycle (Doctorate) can be divided into two installments (for the biennial cycle of the Faculty of Theology and for the GDP), or in three annuities (for the three-year course of the Faculty of Philosophy):
    • the first installment to be paid no later than 10 November 2018;
    • the second installment to be paid no later than 28 February 2019;
  3. The payment of the special fees (exams outside of the session, thesis / term papers, diplomas, certificates) must be made in the days immediately following the receipt of the MAV bulletin.

Nota bene

  • Any late payment of registration fees will result in a surcharge of “arrears”, as shown in the relevant table (see Table B, Special fees, “Ritardi nelle Iscrizioni”).
  • The fees already paid are not returned, unless otherwise provided for by the Rector.
  • You are not allowed to register for the following year and take exams if you are not up to date with the payment of the previous installments.
  • The University does not issue invoices and / or receipts, therefore, even for tax purposes, the transfer receipt of the payment of the annual fee and / or the special fee is valid.
