Aggiornamento del 1° maggio 2022

A seguito dell’Ordinanza del Ministero della Salute del 28 aprile 2022, a partire dal 1° maggio 2022 e comunque non oltre il 15 giugno 2022:

  • non è più necessario l’obbligo del green pass per accedere al Pontificio Ateneo Sant'Anselmo e alla sua Biblioteca;
  • non sarà più obbligatorio indossare la mascherina, anche se il suo utilizzo è fortemente raccomandato. 
  • Per disposizione interna, viene mantenuto l’obbligo di indossare la mascherina solo nei casi in cui non è possibile mantenere la distanza interpersonale minima.
  • Per gli eventi esterni che si tengono in Ateneo sarà comunque richiesto di indossare i dispositivi di protezione delle vie respiratorie di tipo FFP2 (art. 1, b).
  • Rimangono in vigore le ordinarie regole igieniche tra cui la più importante è lavarsi spesso le mani.

The Pontifical University of Sant’Anselmo announces mini scholarships for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd cycles to students of merit and need.
The scholarship is intended exclusively for the payment of academic fees, amounting to no more than 20% of the total planned cost. This is a partial scholarship and does not include the costs of room and board. Balbulus Foundation announces scholarships of merit for lay, diocesan and religious students of music, persons responsible for liturgical music and professional musicians for the highly specialized course in Liturgical Music.

Scholarships are intended solely for the payment of academic fees and are distributed as follows:

  • 3 full scholarships;
  • 3 scholarships with partial coverage.

  • photocopy of an identity document;

The final decision on granting the scholarship will be made only after the complete acquisition of this documentation.
Applications submitted after the deadline or with incomplete documentation will not be taken into consideration.

Per favorire la mobilità degli studenti all’interno del sistema universitario ecclesiastico romano

Protocollo esecutivo

Le Istituzioni membro della CRUIPRO in attuazione dell’Accordo Interistituzionale CRUIPRO per favorire la mobilità degli studenti all’interno del sistema universitario ecclesiastico romano (Accordo) stipulato con inizio, per i firmatari, dalla data del 7 dicembre 2020, in occasione del III anniversario della pubblicazione della Costituzione apostolica Veritatis gaudium di papa Francesco, convengono quanto segue:

Art. 1: Requisiti

Sarà attivata la collaborazione didattica previa:
1. presenza dell’Istituzione ospitante tra le Istituzioni membro della CRUIPRO firmatarie dell’Accordo;
2. specifica richiesta alle Autorità accademiche dell’Istituzione ospitante (Decano/Preside/Delegato/Direttore) da parte delle Autorità accademiche (Decano/Preside/Delegato/Direttore) dell’Istituzione di appartenenza.

Art. 2: Condizioni per l’ammissione

Lo studente:
1. deve essere iscritto nell’Università di appartenenza come “Ordinario” al Ciclo di:
  - Baccellierato;
  - Licenza;
  - Dottorato;
2. può frequentare un corso per ogni semestre per un massimo di 6 ECTS.

L’Istituzione ospitante verificherà la disponibilità del numero massimo di studenti previsto per la frequenza al corso.

Art. 3: Modalità d’iscrizione

L’Istituzione ospitante dopo aver verificato la sussistenza dei requisiti e delle condizioni per l’ammissione procede tramite la Segreteria accademica/studenti a:
1. richiedere allo studente i documenti previsti (lettera di autorizzazione dell’autorità accademica di appartenenza, certificato originale di iscrizione, copia di un documento di identità ed eventuali altri documenti, secondo quanto solitamente richiesto dall’Istituzione ospitante agli studenti ospiti);
2. iscrivere lo studente come “Ospite” o “Straordinario” (attribuendogli una matricola) secondo le disposizioni vigenti nelle singole Istituzioni, senza far pagare alcuna tassa accademica;
3. rilasciare apposita certificazione attestante l’iscrizione dello studente al corso scelto. Al termine del semestre, dopo aver frequentato il corso o sostenuto l’esame, lo studente richiederà un certificato di frequenza e/o di esame sostenuto da presentare all’Autorità accademica dell’Istituzione di appartenenza che procederà in merito.

Art. 4: Fruizione dei servizi

Ciascuna Istituzione ospitante, in conformità con i propri Statuti e Regolamenti, assicurerà agli studenti la fruizione dei servizi.

Art.5: Validità

La validità del presente Protocollo esecutivo resterà vincolata, per ciascuna delle Istituzioni membro della CRUIPRO firmatarie, alla validità e alla durata dell’Accordo.
